Return Policy

Should you need to return your item(s), we need to be notified within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply email including your order reference number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will reply with an authorised returns number and details on how you can send your item back to us. Items should be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of some of our products, a restocking fee may apply. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items returned without an authorised returns number. All refunds should be processed within 7-10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Chain slings & wire rope slings are custom made to order so are not covered by our returns policy. Please ensure when ordering all measurements and capacities are correct as we are unable to refund on these products.


Products purchased from can be returned for a refund as long as:

  • We are notified within 14 days from date of delivery
  • We receive the returned product(s) in unused condition and still in the original packaging
  • You may return your products even if they are not faulty.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.

Please note that our returns policy does not apply to made-to-order items, so be sure to check your specifications carefully if ordering custom made products such as chain slings, hoists and wire rope slings.


What if you have not received your refund yet but have returned your item:

  • All refunds should be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.
  • Refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days, whilst refunds to a credit or debit card can take 3-5 working days, (working days Monday-Friday).
  • If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us.
